My COSCA certified certificate in counselling skills and BACP Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling are both from the University of Strathclyde, who have a strong tradition of providing high quality person-centred counselling training. 

I am a Registered Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by their Ethical Framework. As a rule you should only have counselling from someone who is properly trained and is a current member of a PSA (Professional Standards Authority) accredited professional body.

I have supervision monthly with a trained and experienced supervisor. They support me to do the best I can for you. I also read articles, watch and listen to programs on counselling related subjects and attend CPD (Continuing Professional Development) events every year so that I am continually learning and improving.
